Does Jesus heal? Yes. Does He heal always? No. The bigger issue is eternal healing.

To encourage us to follow Jesus’s example by not labeling people, and focus on helping them, in a loving way, into a relationship with Christ.
To motivate the congregation to be Jesus in their areas of influence, by taking on what is morally right, no matter what the consequences are, and in so doing, have a direct impact into people’s lives for Jesus. To not be afraid of being unpopular for Jesus
Jesus sets the example for us when He puts His will in submission to the will of the Father in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Our lives are full of distractions. Jesus modeled a simple lifestyle in which nothing distracted him from His mission. He calls us to follow Him in the same way. We need to put aside our excuses and follow Him wholeheartedly.
As Christians we only have two choices: Either we are or we are not living like Jesus lived. If we profess to follow Jesus, we must live like Him.
As Christians we should always be true to our word.
We need to be ‘doers’ of the will of our Father in Heaven
We are challenged to follow Jesus and the example that He set – He proactively put the needs of others ahead of His own
